The Wilderness First Aid course is perfect for anyone venturing outdoors who could be more than 1 hour from definitive medical care. That could be someone who paddles, hikes, bikes, skis, or travels off the beaten path. The wilderness first aid class also meets the first aid requirement for American Canoe Association Instructor and British Canoeing coaching certifications.
The Wilderness First Aid class mixes classroom lectures and discussions with practical hands on training and scenarios. CPR certification is included in the course.
