These gages are arranged by watershed and show charts for both real time flow and historical data.
Michigan Whitewater River Levels from American Whitewater
The American Whitewater site uses data from the USGS gages but also has maps, written descriptions of the rapids and some photos and most importantly gives a color coded guide for the current river level as to its suitability for paddling. Note that the recommendations are from a whitewater paddler’s perspective and their “below recommended” may still be runnable and fun but not “whitewatery”
